Return Window

• The return period starts from the date of delivery
• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Returnable Items

The following items are eligible for return:

• Unused Toy Basta bags in original packaging
• All components and accessories included
• Products with no signs of wear or damage
• Items with original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or played-with products
• Items with missing or damaged components
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Items purchased more than 7 days ago
• Personalized or custom-ordered items
• Items purchased during final sale promotions

Return Process

2. Provide photos of the product in its original condition and packaging
3. We will review your return request within 2 business days
4. Upon approval, we will send you return shipping instructions
5. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
6. Once received and inspected, we will process your return
7. You'll receive a refund or replacement within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

For returns within 7 days of purchase on unused items, Toy Basta covers the return shipping cost. If you initiate a return after 7 days or for used items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Toy Basta bag arrives damaged or with defective components, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your Toy Basta bag for a different size or variant, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost if the items are of equal value.
