Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• All components and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• The product must not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Products used or played with
• Items with missing or damaged components
• Products without original packaging
• Gifts (unless accompanied by proof of purchase)
• Items purchased during promotional sales (final sale items)

Refund Process

2. Provide photos of the product in its original condition
3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. Upon approval, we will provide return shipping instructions
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed
6. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

For refunds within the 7-day window on unused products, Toy Basta will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is initiated after 7 days or for used products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Toy Basta bag, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
